Own clinical products (including EMR enhancements, patient engagement tools, and workflow optimization solutions)
Ensure task completion, meet deadlines, represent the product in meetings, and maintain documentation
Provide updates, align with stakeholders and customers, communicate clearly, take accountability, and adapt as needed
Collaborate with IT and business teams to investigate customer needs, research and propose solutions, engage in cross-functional collaboration, and clarify business objectives
Act as the voice of the customer to align team tasks with organizational goals and lead external partnerships
Set goals and KPIs for product launches, define product roadmaps, and communicate updates to senior leaders
Develop business requirements and user stories, drive product launches with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve blockers
