You clarify requirements, lead scoping workshops and translate ideas into clear tasks.
You define acceptance criteria and create clear, actionable tickets for all stakeholders (UX, design, development).
You identify risks early and find pragmatic solutions before issues arise.
You coordinate clients, internal teams and external partners, creating transparency around tasks, responsibilities and project status.
You ensure structure, clear processes and effective communication within the team and with all stakeholders.
You actively contribute to proposal creation — from structuring and effort estimation to final alignment with the team.
You lead workshops and facilitate meetings — both internally and with clients.

Several years of professional experience in a digital agency environment or in e-commerce / PIM / CMS
A good understanding of business context and project metrics
Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to make complex topics understandable and to drive projects to a successful conclusion
A structured and reliable working style
Ideally, you have a degree in economics, business informatics, media studies or a comparable qualification.
Fluent German (minimum CEFR level C1 – certificate) and fluent English
