Accounting Clerk

Role Overview

• Reconcile bank accounts using the accounting software (SAP).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank information and the accounting system.
• Collect and record credit card expense documentation in SAP.
• Follow up with cardholders and coordinate with RAMP.
• Process invoices and generate reports in accounting systems and vendor portals.
• Respond to inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Request account statements from contractors or suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books and financial records.
• Manage travel expenses, advances, and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions in GL Accounts and project codes.
• Maintain accounting coding rules (GL Coding) and allocations in Ramp.
• Ensure Ramp transactions are recorded in SAP and resolve discrepancies between both systems.

Requirements

• Technical degree or university student in accounting or related fields.
• At least 18 months of experience in similar roles.
• SAP
• Excel
• Microsoft Office
• Ramp (preferred, trainable)
• General accounting knowledge
• Reporting and reconciliations management habilities
