Act as a hands-on specialist who challenges ideas and accelerates the pace of implementation.
Use AI tools to maintain a fast and effective production workflow.

3+ years of hands-on PPC experience managing annual Google Ads budgets of €1M+.
Deep mastery of Google Ads, performance metrics, and analytics.
Strong ability to turn complex data into strategic, actionable insights.
Proven ad copywriting and CRO expertise with a sharp eye for detail and UX.
Fluent English (written/verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, international, and global market settings.
A proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities; in-house experience is preferred.
