Lead Technical Integrations: Own integration strategies across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), support tools (e.g., Zendesk), ERPs, and Narvar’s internal product suite (e.g., Narvar Shield).
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience with proven delivery of revenue-driving features
Deep understanding of e-commerce and merchant workflows
5+ years in e-commerce
Strong technical intuition; comfortable managing integrations and backend complexity
Demonstrated success optimizing UX and improving conversion rates
Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to guide roadmap decisions
Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams
