Role Overview
- Elicit and analyze requirements with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct interviews and alignment sessions to understand business needs and identify improvements
- Map and document business processes using BPMN
- Create functional prototypes to support understanding of requirements
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including specifications and detailed feature descriptions
- Define and document acceptance criteria using BDD
- Create, analyze, and refine technical requirements and user stories
- Ensure alignment between business rules and the project scope
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, promoting cross-functional integration
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (design, development, QA, and management)
- Manage and prioritize the backlog and follow sprints in agile environments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis
- Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN)
- Experience with functional and technical documentation
- Knowledge of BDD and definition of acceptance criteria
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with management tools like Jira and/or Redmine
- Knowledge of data modeling (e.g., SQL Developer Data Modeler)
- Experience creating and validating test cases
- Knowledge of specifying test requirements
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and interact with stakeholders.
