About this role

Develop Brand Experience concepts and in-store activations, connecting brand DNA to the shopper journey;
Create communication strategies and oversee end-to-end development of point-of-sale (POS) materials;
Map and analyze shopper journeys by channel and profile, identifying barriers and conversion opportunities;
Lead projects autonomously: immersion, diagnosis, briefing and strategic direction for internal teams and clients;
Work closely with creative, account, production and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality;
Participate in client meetings and presentations, building narratives and materials in Keynote/PPT;
Support and mentor more junior team members.

Solid experience in Strategic Planning with a focus on Shopper Marketing and Trade;
Hands-on experience with activation projects and physical in-store point-of-sale experiences;
Ability to translate strategy into strong visual and written storytelling;
Experience developing materials and campaigns focused on the shopper journey;
Creative, provocative, inquisitive and 'out-of-the-box' mindset;
Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams;
Intermediate English (reading and comprehension for reports and interaction with external teams).
