Senior Test Analyst

Role Overview

• Plan, design and execute manual functional tests (exploratory, regression, smoke, etc.).
• Create and maintain test cases and validation scripts based on acceptance criteria and technical documentation.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Report and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and Product Owners (POs) to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Support the definition of acceptance criteria and testing strategies from the start of development.

Requirements

• Experience in manual functional testing.
• Knowledge of defect management.
• Understanding of test phases and test cycles.
• Experience with Zephyr (preferred).
• Experience in test documentation (Test Plan, evidence, etc.).
• Test automation knowledge is a plus.
