Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to engineers and managers
Support engineering evaluations and development projects to enhance process quality and reduce cost
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in planning, investigation, and problem‑solving activities within the production line
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to positively contribute to team, department, and company objectives

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics is required
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn new job-related software
Understanding process engineering functions
Experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing or vacuum technology is preferable
