Define and maintain Arch’s enterprise AI strategy aligned with 2030 objectives & vision
Identify high-impact AI use cases and set measurable goals for adoption and impact
Develop appropriate governance frameworks to enable AI adoption with the right controls
Prepare Arch for advances such as agentic AI and autonomous systems
Actively partner with senior leadership to prepare Arch for AI impact across four pillars: Business, Workforce, Governance & Controls, Technology
Manage and coordinate the AI Advisory Group composed of external AI experts
Conduct deep external sensing and future visioning to inform strategy
Produce an annual report assessing Arch’s AI posture, progress, risks, and opportunities

15+ years in AI strategy, delivery, or technology leadership roles
Deep understanding of AI technologies, applications, and governance needs
Deep understanding of insurance-related data, and the data needs to support AI broadly
Experience managing enterprise-level programs and cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in quantitative, business or technology-related discipline preferred
Ability to travel 1-2 days monthly or as needed
