Monitor the results of the Individual (Retail) Banking segment and support the implementation of actions to achieve related targets.
Perform data analyses of the segment’s results and contribute to the development of action plans based on strategic guidelines.
Support analyses and provide accurate information to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across segments.
Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical, and operational discussions.
Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights into opportunities and threats to the segment.
Assist with data analyses and support the team in identifying and mitigating risks.
Support analyses and communication plans for results and insights from mapping the member/customer journey.

Proficiency in programming languages (SQL / Python);
Experience in performance/result management and creating KPIs/indicators;
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Analytical thinking;
Curiosity, proactivity in learning new things, and ambition to take on new challenges;
Knowledge of banking products and services;
Strong communication skills, ability to coordinate, and influence;
