About this role
Role Overview
- Preparatory work to inventory support contracts with Sales and service contract managers
- Support for implementing the processes, roles and tools of the Digital Front Office
- Lead definition meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support contract managers
- Prepare presentation materials for internal stakeholders and clients
- Capture lessons learned and post-deployment feedback from past rollouts
- Administration of IT systems for Customer Relations (Client Portal and ticketing tools)
- Development of activity and performance reporting tools
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management or International Business (or equivalent)
- Project management skills
- Proficient English, both written and spoken
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in data visualization and Business Intelligence, notably with Power BI
- Ability to facilitate meetings and collaborative workshops
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Autonomous, dynamic, curious and well-organized, particularly in change management contexts
