About this role
Role Overview
Develop and own the business case for Dexcom’s Canadian product expansion, including market opportunity sizing, financial projections, and regulatory considerations.
Drive Canadian market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
Build and nurture strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
Create the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Canadian launch, partnering with global marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Develop Canadian-specific pricing and commercial models in collaboration with global teams.
Demonstrate financial literacy, including the ability to interpret key performance drivers, manage budgets, and optimize profitability through disciplined P&L oversight.
Requirements
Experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development – ideally within the healthcare, MedTech, consumer, digital health or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated track record of planning and launching new products or market expansions in a regulated environment is essential.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy – including market analysis, sizing opportunities, building financial models, and defining pricing/market entry strategies.
Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with data to drive decisions (e.g. analyzing market research, assessing ROI).
Excellent project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
