Design and develop digital learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise or EasyGenerator
Apply instructional design principles to create learner‑centered training materials for technical audiences
Collaborate with Training Program Managers and subject matter experts to convert technical content into interactive formats
Ensure content quality, technical accuracy and compliance with brand and usability standards
Prepare, publish and update content in the LMS, including SCORM/xAPI compatibility checks and review cycles
Monitor e‑learning trends and propose improvements to enhance learner engagement and content effectiveness

Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field, or equivalent qualification
Practical experience in developing digital learning content, ideally in technical or industrial environments
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise or EasyGenerator and understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards
Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse learner groups and work effectively in cross‑functional teams
Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Fluent English skills and openness to new digital learning technologies.
