The professional will work on implementation projects for the Dynamics 365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service, and Field Service.
Gather business scenarios, processes, and client procedures, taking into account Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities to design the solution.
Requirements
Minimum of 5–6 years of experience with the technologies mentioned
Prior experience (formal or as a technical reference) leading development teams on medium
to large-scale projects.
Dynamics 365 & Power Platform development
Strong knowledge of Plugins (.NET / C#) and Custom Workflow Activities
Development of Web Resources (JavaScript and HTML)
Experience with Power Automate and custom connectors
Knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps)
Integration using Dataverse Web API, OData, and Azure Service Bus
Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus)
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns (webhooks, ETL, event-driven)
Version control and branch management (Git Flow)
