Role Overview
- Analyze departmental KPIs to ensure accuracy through data validation and deliver reports within established deadlines.
- Develop strategic KPIs for operational areas to monitor processes and support the creation of action plans.
- Prepare presentations and create reports, pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
- Conduct studies with team members, propose ideas and solutions.
- Produce routine and ad-hoc indicators.
- Develop management reports and recurring dashboards under guidance and as requested.
- Validate information to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of BI tools, such as Tableau, is desirable.
