As a working student in Business & Data Analytics, you will build the bridge between data, business and decision-makers.
You will work on strategic questions in marketing, sales and CRM, support the project team in analyzing data and implementing Data & AI use cases, and derive concrete measures for optimization.
Customer data analysis: You will analyze markets, campaigns and customer data (e.g., customer journeys), identify opportunities and help derive actionable recommendations for marketing, sales and product teams.
Co-designing Data & AI use cases: You will support the development of use cases such as personalization, next best action/offer, churn prevention or campaign optimization.
Translating numbers into stories & decisions: You will work with reports and analyses, prepare data so it becomes understandable, and help build decision-making foundations from it (data analytics).
Support in strategy and concept work: You will collaborate with the project team on presentations, concepts and roadmaps for top management, structure content and help present complex topics clearly and concisely.
Requirements
Studies: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business, (business) informatics/computer science, data & business, marketing, sales or a related field.
Practical experience through internships or working-student roles in consulting, marketing, digital, analytics or similar areas is an advantage but not required.
Business understanding & curiosity: You are interested in business models, marketing and sales processes as well as data analytics — and enjoy breaking problems down structurally and developing solutions.
Confident with numbers: You can work with KPIs, reports and analyses, interpret them and draw meaningful conclusions.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) / data analytics is an advantage.
Working with large datasets: You process large datasets in business intelligence tools (primarily Power BI) and support the development of data strategies from acquisition through modeling to intelligent visualization.
Working style & mindset: High sense of ownership, proactivity and a desire to drive topics end-to-end.
AI as an enabler: You know how to use AI tools to accelerate analyses, structure content and optimize processes.
Languages: Fluent German (C1+); good English skills are a plus.
