Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of regional sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring a deep understanding of company products and the competitive landscape.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, demonstrating the value of our workload automation solutions in solving their business challenges.
Identify new business opportunities within the DACH region and drive expansion into untapped market segments.
Maintain a deep understanding of workload automation technologies and trends, leveraging insights to address customer needs effectively.
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, product positioning, and value propositions.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability for regional sales performance.
Requirements
10+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software industry, with a focus on Workload Automation and/or SOAP software.
Preferred experience from companies like Broadcom, BMC, IBM, TWS, or Redwood.
Native or fluent German speaker with strong English proficiency.
Proven success in managing regional sales teams, developing strategies, and achieving high-growth targets within a complex sales environment.
In-depth knowledge of workload automation and/or SOAP software solutions, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges within the sales process and develop innovative solutions to overcome them.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
