VMS (Vendor Management System) Functional Administration responsibilities include providing expertise in administration and optimization of VMS platform.
Support day-to-day operations and ensure effective utilization of the VMS system to streamline talent acquisition and management processes.
Ensure timely and effective support for VMS users.
Troubleshoot issues with the process or system, manage user access requests, perform system testing as needed.
Oversee data integrity and conduct regular audits, resolve discrepancies and generate accurate reports.
Partner with IT for compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols.
Continuously evaluate and suggest process automation and workflow improvements.
Requirements
3+ years experience in VMS administration, vendor management or related roles.
Understanding of VMS functionality, integration and configuration systems.
Experience in using VMS platforms, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar systems preferred.
Experience in using case management system, such as ServiceNow preferred.
Fluency in English, written and spoken or intermediate.
