About this role

Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
