Work with the Product Owner/Product Lead to shape initiatives, refine problem statements, and ensure alignment with product strategy & business outcomes.
Partner closely with business teams to provide clarity on the value, purpose, benefits, and expected outcomes of initiatives.
Develop current and future state process models and identify opportunities for optimisation and simplification across the client journey.
Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities, including workshops & working groups, to validate assumptions, understand pain points, and shape business-led requirements before solutioning.
Support delivery through documenting user stories and engaging in delivery and implementation.
Contribute to change management activities including rollout, training, and adoption to ensure solutions are embedded effectively and deliver intended outcomes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
Strong exposure to deposit products and business growth initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working across the end-to-end client journey including understanding customer problems, insights and translating these into business opportunities.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical & non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Experience working in agile and hybrid work environments.
