Prepare, review and update pricing tables according to commercial strategy, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Perform margin and profitability analyses by customer, channel, product and region, and simulate scenarios to support strategic decisions.
Support the commercial (sales) team in preparing proposals and negotiations, assessing discount exceptions and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Monitor variations in costs, taxes and other components that impact price formation, proposing adjustments when necessary.
Build and track performance indicators (margin, revenue, markup), preparing management reports to support leadership.
Interface with Finance, Controllership, Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and tactical execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
Strong relationship-building skills with the commercial/sales team.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
Agility and decisiveness in decision-making.
Ability to guide and support the commercial team using data.
Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
Clear and concise communication.
Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
