Act as a New Business Hunter, responsible for prospecting, developing and closing strategic contracts with large accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and an increase in recurring revenue.
Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities within large accounts;
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers, especially within HR.
Manage a strategic pipeline with a focus on conversion, predictability and progression through stages;
Ensure internal alignment to guarantee excellence in delivery and continuity of the customer experience.
Requirements
Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commercial Management, Engineering or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Commercial Strategy or Sales Management will be considered a plus.
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales and new business development.
Experience negotiating and closing contracts with large (Enterprise) accounts.
Experience managing a commercial pipeline and revenue forecasting (forecast).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments;
Experience managing relationships with HR executives, benefits teams and C-level stakeholders.
Experience with corporate health, benefits, HR or technology solutions will be considered a plus.
