You independently plan, manage and implement IT projects — from concept to successful roll-out
You install, configure and maintain network, hardware and software solutions
You ensure the security and integrity of systems by adhering to applicable security policies and measures
You analyze incidents and provide solutions as part of 2nd-level support via our ticketing system
You monitor network and system performance and resolve issues quickly and reliably
You are responsible for documenting IT systems and ensuring compliance with service-oriented processes in line with ITIL
You coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration

You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT or possess an equivalent qualification
You bring several years of experience in system administration and are familiar with complex IT environments
You have excellent knowledge of operating systems as well as Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family
You have solid experience in virtualization and operating complex networks
You have a good understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions
You are interested in IT systems in healthcare and want to actively shape digitalization in hospitals
You present yourself confidently, enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and show initiative
You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
