Manage and maintain the server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
Administer and build virtualization environments using Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
Monitor server performance and resource utilization
Maintain monitoring systems such as PRTG, SmokePing, CheckMK
Monitor regular system backups (VEEAM)
Implement security measures to protect systems
Troubleshoot and provide support for technical issues
Participate in 1st and 2nd level support
Maintain IT documentation in Atlassian Confluence

Degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) (m/f/d)
Several years of experience in server and system administration preferred
Solid knowledge of administering Windows environments
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization solutions
Knowledge of subnetting, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Knowledge of network technologies and protocols
Problem-solving skills, structured working style, analytical thinking
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in German and English
