About this role

Planning and managing demanding projects for exciting and well-known clients
Overall responsibility for projects from contract clarification to final invoicing
Leadership of project teams and oversight of resources, budget and quality
Proactive risk and conflict management
Cross-project client support and advisory, development of client accounts
Providing strategic sparring and coaching to less experienced PM colleagues
Continuous process optimization and contribution to the development of our project management team

University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Media or Communications)
Several years of professional experience in digital project management
Proven success in concurrently managing complex projects with budgets in the mid six-figure range
Structured working style and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Further training/certifications in project management (Scrum, PRINCE2, Kanban, etc.) is an advantage
