Technical Project Manager

Trojan Trading is a leading company in crypto trading technology, providing a non-custodial trading and data platform. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee project coordination, task distribution, and ensure effective collaboration within their development team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Lead: Work closely with engineers to scope tasks, oversee task distribution, ensure clear priorities and achievable deadlines
• Monitor Delivery: Track project progress using project management tools, maintain project momentum, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers
• Ensure Technical Feasibility: Use your technical expertise to validate project scopes and optimize workflows
• Drive Agile Practices: Implement best practices for Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Foster Collaboration: Serve as the link between engineering, and leadership, ensuring alignment across projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a technical project manager role (Technical Manager, Scrum Master, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to assess engineering tasks
• Strong experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Familiarity with DeFi and crypto trading platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion within ambitious deadlines
• Clear, concise communication to align teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• A genuine curiosity and understanding of trading tools and trends
• Proactive mindset to identify issues, propose solutions, and keep projects on track
• Background in crypto trading platforms, DeFi, or blockchain-related projects
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaborative development tools
• Familiarity with memecoins trading on Solana and related market dynamics
