Manage pre-sales and sales activities and implement clear goals, KPIs and standards
Oversee recruiting, onboarding and individual development plans
Coordinate funnel management, forecasting, KPI tracking and potential analysis
Work closely with marketing, partner management and other teams
Drive projects such as implementing new tools, refining playbooks/guidelines, or building new marketing and sales units
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent sales/management training
Many years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C) and a proven track record in building and leading sales teams (at least 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally managing teams of more than 5 people)
Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and other digital tools
Ideally experienced in data-driven sales and marketing
Empathy, ability to motivate and manage conflicts, role-model behavior and resilience
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and structured working style
