Sales Operations: You support the smooth execution of operational and administrative processes across the entire customer lifecycle — from maintaining customer data in our systems and creating sales performance reports to continuously improving our processes.
Interface function: Working closely with Marketing, Presales, Consulting and Support, you help effectively support and continuously enhance sales activities.
Customer communication: You are the primary contact for new and existing customers; you prepare and conduct customer conversations independently and in close coordination with specialists.
Contract management: You prepare contract documents and proposals, coordinate their dispatch and signing, follow up on outstanding offers, and serve as the first point of contact for contractual or organizational questions.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in inside sales, ideally within a software company
Confident user of MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Structured, meticulous working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data
Strong team skills and enthusiasm for software and AI
Advantageous: experience with ERP or financial software
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Understanding of software contracts and business models (e.g., licensing and maintenance, SaaS, etc.)
