Benefits Analyst, Junior

Role Overview

• Handling general benefits registrations in SAP and in vendor systems
• Adding/removing/updating primary members and dependents for health and dental plans
• Adding/removing/updating commuter transportation (Vale Transporte)/life insurance/private pension/payroll-deductible loans/pharmacy benefits
• Entering benefit data into SAP for payroll reimbursement
• Reviewing benefit databases to ensure eligibility and correct deductions
• Responding to tickets via the official platform to clarify general benefit questions

Requirements

• Degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Comfortable with high-volume operational routines
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Experience with benefits enrollment/administration preferred
• Ability to handle high volumes of work
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Self-managing and accountable
• Teamwork
• Planning and organization
• Systemic and critical view of processes
• Knowledge of applicable legislation
• Project management knowledge preferred
• Focus on collaborative approaches
