Manage and develop new post-sales products from the conceptual phase through commercial launch;
Interface with a cross-functional project team and support areas to validate technical proposals;
Plan and execute technical scopes for new products and support processes for selection and qualification of new suppliers;
Monitor project schedules and milestones, escalate conflicts when necessary, perform risk analysis, and coordinate and follow up on corrective actions with the involved areas;
Plan and organize project information with affected internal areas and suppliers;
Participate in project meetings between technical Engineering and Quality teams;
Liaise with Engineering departments to achieve project objectives;
Prepare, secure, and organize test and vehicle display samples;
Prepare technical reports with performance test results;
Prepare management reports on project expenses.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technologist degree, or Business Administration.
Knowledge of financial results (revenue, contribution margin, fixed expenses) for business cases (BC);
Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Knowledge of Product Compliance policies – PCMS / ECMS.
Specialization in Project Management
Experience in the automotive sector.
Knowledge of CATIA and other product development tools.
Power BI.
