Own Abler's UK marketing strategy, OKRs, budget allocation, and lead generation targets
Plan and execute outbound campaigns end-to-end, optimise nurture sequences
Define the content strategy and oversee website development
Lead marketing-sales alignment and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Manage external agency partners and collaborate to build partnerships

4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a related tech environment
A genuine knowledge of and passion for sport and community impact
Strong experience working in and managing CRM systems
Excellent written communication skills
Experience managing agency or outsource partners
Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and knowledge of SEO
A data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action
Based in the UK with the right to work
