About this role
Role Overview
You develop long-term, trust-based relationships with hospital customers and act as their primary point of contact.
You develop customer-focused system solutions, prepare and present compelling proposals, and lead sales negotiations.
You analyze the market, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
You prepare potential and revenue forecasts, plan budgets, and assume the economic responsibility for your area.
You use our CRM system and reliably maintain our customer data.
Requirements
You hold a degree in business, biomedical engineering, computer science, healthcare, or vocational training in a medical field.
Ideally, you have several years of sales experience in the medical technology (MedTech) sector to advise hospital customers effectively.
You are familiar with the clinical environment, preferably in anesthesia or intensive care medicine, and understand hospital workflows and the healthcare system.
You possess a valid Class B driver’s license and will be provided with a comfortable company car that may also be used privately, allowing you to travel flexibly to clients across the Berlin/Brandenburg area.
