About this role
Role Overview
Develop change strategies and approaches for assigned initiatives
Use Enbridge (Prosci based) methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess potential or actual change impacts
Lead the development of communication and engagement material including key messages, sponsor communications, and presentations
Identify people risks and barriers to implementation that may arise; develop mitigations and proactively manage them throughout the project lifecycle
Develop metrics, monitor and measure outcomes related to business readiness and rate of adoption
Requirements
Post secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources, or education
Minimum 6 years of related experience or combination of formal education, certification, and experience
Experience designing and executing change management strategies and plans on large projects using a structured approach
Change management certification (Prosci preferred)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer focus
Experience working with and advising senior leadership
