Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or partnership management, with demonstrated success growing and retaining existing accounts.
4+ years owning performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, engagement, or utilization.
3+ years managing enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience leading structured business reviews, strategic planning conversations, or annual account planning with external stakeholders.
