Support Benefit Plan Administration by analyzing and documenting benefit structures and eligibility rules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective processes and enhance system functionality
Assist in planning and designing business processes and formulating recommendations to improve business activities
Participate in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
Execute systems tests and analyze test results in various project phases
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position
2 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
2+ years of Claims experience required
Experience with Benefit Plan Administration (BPA)
Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or similar is preferred
Skilled in computer programming concepts and advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and requirement-mapping platforms like ALM.
