Responsible for various tasks in the IT administration of MS Windows Servers and clients, as well as mobile devices (Apple iOS and Google Android)
Implementing system expansions and adjustments
First point of contact for colleagues and resolution of incidents in 1st-level and, to some extent, 2nd-level support
Handling incoming customer requests
Ensuring smooth onboarding of new colleagues and setup of users and devices
Assisting users with the use of software and hardware
Documenting and tracking support requests in the Jira ticketing system
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist departments
Documenting processes, system adjustments and changes in Atlassian Confluence
Maintaining progress updates in the Atlassian Jira ticketing system

Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira
Basic knowledge in server administration and networking
Familiarity with terms such as DNS, Active Directory/LDAP, Wireshark, PowerShell or the OSI model
Experience operating MS Windows Servers is a plus
Experience in IT support or help desk
Technical affinity and a curious mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
Service-oriented work approach
Valid driver's license (category B or class 3)
Willingness to travel for regular regional assignments
Good German and English skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
