A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader managing reporting and month‑end close.
A strong track record improving cashflow, working capital and financial control environments.
Leadership experience across transactional finance teams (AP, AR, billing, credit control).
Hands‑on experience driving automation, process improvements or finance transformation.
Deep understanding of financial controls, balance sheet integrity and reporting accuracy.
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, banks or investors, with strong communication skills.
