Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
Prepare and analyze financial models, variance analyses, and trend reports
Develop and maintain management reporting for leadership, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
Analyze revenue, cost drivers, margins, and utilization related to professional services, managed services, and recurring revenue models
Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Prepare month-end close activities, including accruals, revenue analysis, and expense tracking
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements and performance metrics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
