Oversee all critical national infrastructure: networks, data centers, transmission, monitoring, operational cybersecurity, and shared platforms and solutions
Plan, manage, and control the national service continuity strategy
Lead large technical teams with a unifying leadership style, fostering a culture of rigor and continuous improvement
Drive all stages of infrastructure modernization toward flexible, intelligent, and eco-responsible architectures
Establish standards for corporate systems and solutions
Lead all processes related to cybersecurity, redundancy, resilience, and obsolescence
Optimize the financial model, plan long-term investments, and manage relationships with vendors and partners
Strengthen collaboration between French and English Services, as well as between the Innovation & Delivery and Real Estate sectors
Drive the transition toward cloud computing, virtualization, advanced telemetry, and automation
Ensure sound management of human, financial, and material resources
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience
A minimum of 10 years in a strategic leadership role
A recognized expert in technology strategies within a large-scale organization
An excellent communicator capable of building trust with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to navigate environments requiring coordination across multiple teams
Bilingual in English and French (both oral and written)
Highly proficient in planning and project management
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
