Develop and manage the business analysis approach, plan and deliverables, reporting progress, risks and dependencies to the Product Owner and senior stakeholders.
Identify and engage key stakeholders, facilitate workshops and senior working groups, and build strong relationships to validate outcomes and provide strategic, enterprise‑level input.
Contribute to defining initiative scope, objectives and outcomes, undertaking discovery activities including regulatory analysis, gap analysis, synergies and market opportunity assessment.
Produce unambiguous business requirements, user stories and functional specifications to support policy, process, organisational, digital and data change initiatives.
Contribute to the development of target operating models (TOMs) and solution options in collaboration with architecture, Product Owners and Product Leads, providing clear recommendations.
Support implementation through quality assurance of solutions, UAT/BAT, process and policy updates, training materials, and broader change activities.
Maintain end‑to‑end traceability, assurance and reporting (including board and committee materials), ensuring all documentation meets organisational and banking framework standards.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a financial services, risk or compliance environment
Strong experience working on complex, multi‑workstream initiatives within an agile delivery environment
A strong understanding of digital enablement and automation solutions, including process modelling and optimisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and present complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
