Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities.
Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce innovations, trends, and developments to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.
Design solutions using the Consumer Goods Enhanced Data Model.
Adapt to business context during discussions, workshops, and demos.
Mentor other team members.
Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and continuously produce reports to improve proficiency.
Lead internal initiatives and innovation tasks.
Participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry.
At least 4 years of experience on Salesforce projects, delivering and/or leading implementations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.
Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years.
Previous experience leading IT projects is required.
Salesforce certifications are required.
Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with the Consumer Goods Cloud enhanced data model is preferred.
Understanding of the REX Offline application is a plus.
Experience with process re-engineering and managing client expectations.
Experience with project management and change management is a plus.
Proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
Able to work effectively in a remote team.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience in pre-sales activities is desirable.
Additional language skills, such as German or Spanish, are considered a benefit.
