Deploy and manage applications in Docker/Containers environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy applications on Azure
Provide Remote Customer Support while deploying New/Existing Cameras within Field Environments
Proactively troubleshoot software issues affecting camera operations
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
Work with Field Technicians via Cell phone interactions/remote IM for all maintenance camera activities
Will be expected to be working within an On-call work/rotation providing support during standard working hours.
On-call rotation during weekends and US holidays may be applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field demonstrating strong software development skills
Proficiency in Azure
Strong knowledge of Python, Linux, Bash scripting, Containerization, and GitHub
Proven ability to manage containerized applications with tools like Docker or Podman
Understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Prior work experience in the oil and gas industry (preferred)
Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies (preferred)
Prior work experience with IoT or Edge Computing (preferred)
