Associate Analyst, TA Treasury Operations

Role Overview

• The TA Treasury Operations Associate Analyst acts as a subject matter expert within the money movement team.
• Responsible for monitoring key banking processes and escalating operational issues as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
• Process stop‑payment requests on checks and review intraday and prior‑day bank account balances.
• Review, analyze, and process banking service charges for transfer agent bank accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
