Role Overview
- Answer and qualify inbound leads via calls and WhatsApp (hot leads)
- Perform follow-ups for funnel stages
- Update and organize information in the CRM
- Work toward daily activity targets (calls, contacts, etc.)
- Close sales with qualified leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Requirements
- Experience in sales or a commercial background.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to identify/map opportunities.
- Comfortable with technology (we are 100% digital).
