About this role
Role Overview
Collect payments primarily from accounts with 1-3 0 outstanding balance
Collaborate closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities
Prospect for new business and upsell opportunities through a high volume of cold calling
Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to find key decision makers and influencers
Engage with the Sales Team to identify targets for research
Conduct research using internal and external tools
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and build client profiles
Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition
Lead continuous improvement projects to target efficiency
Assist with simple billing concerns of clients and partner sales representatives
Participate in Continuous Improvement sessions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
Experience in corporate retention and new business sales
Experience in heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound & inbound calls/day)
1-3 years of inside sales experience
At least 1 year of Lead Generation and prospecting experience
Experience using salesforce is an advantage
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
