Role Overview
You independently manage your sales territory with full responsibility for revenue and consistently work on actively expanding and developing the customer network in your region
As a sales professional, you know how to advise and support master roofers, distributors, architects and building owners in selecting and applying our products
You stay up-to-date and are familiar with the market and our competitors
You are comfortable representing the company at customer events and trade shows
You are skilled at implementing our operational and strategic initiatives in a targeted way
Requirements
You hold a completed commercial or technical qualification, e.g., as a master roofer, or a comparable professional background or degree (e.g., construction technician, civil engineer)
Ideally, you have several years of experience in field sales
You have strong technical understanding and the motivation to immerse yourself in our product portfolio
Consistent customer focus and collaborative, partnership-based working at eye level come naturally to you
You are convincing through your presence, negotiation skills and assertiveness
You proactively engage customers and partners and inspire them with our high-quality, comprehensive flat-roof solution
