You acquire new customers across the DACH region and strategically develop existing accounts, including cross
and up-selling our AWS services and consulting offerings.
You own deals end-to-end, especially in complex multi-stakeholder setups.
Together with our founders and the sales team, you develop and execute account and go-to-market strategies.
You build long-term relationships with decision-makers and position both us and AWS as strategic enablers of business transformation.
You work closely with AWS teams to accelerate deals and expand our joint market presence.

Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally with an enterprise or mid-market focus
Proven track record of closing complex IT, SaaS, or cloud deals
Strong consultative selling approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (both fluent)
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, with a genuine builder mentality
