Role Overview
- Manage institutional social media channels, ensuring brand consistency
- Plan and produce content (LinkedIn, Instagram and internal channels)
- Monitor metrics and optimize communication performance
- Develop internal marketing initiatives and internal campaigns in partnership with HR
- Support employer branding strategies and promotion of job openings
- Structure institutional partnerships and social impact initiatives
- Support internal and institutional events
- Ensure consistency of communication and visual identity
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or related fields
- Entry-level experience in social media, internal communications or institutional marketing
- Strong communication skills, organized and able to multitask
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram
- Basic knowledge of content creation
