Manage and support operational staff to ensure unit and company-wide processes and metrics are maintained.
Oversee coordination of the assessment process, including team assignment, in conformance with ISO/IEC 17011.
Monitor and allocate Operations unit workload and ensure effective use of resources.
Oversee the new CAB application workflow and approval of assessment team member invoices.
Troubleshoot and resolve unique issues with clients, team members, and staff.
Establish, maintain, and improve processes within assigned task areas, including training and documentation.
Collect, monitor, and analyze metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with Technical staff and cross-functional teams to address issues and support operational goals.
Participate in internal audits and external evaluations; implement corrective action as required.
Communicate operational improvements to applicable staff and leadership.

Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, accreditation, or a related field.
Knowledge of ANAB accreditation rules, processes, and applicable scheme requirements preferred.
Familiarity with quality principles, conformity assessment systems, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience managing or leading a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong keyboarding skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure.
